Who we are
Mat Almendariz founded Almendariz Engineering in 2001 to deliver expert solutions in traffic safety and planning. A decade later, he partnered with Kirk Ridgley, a seasoned professional in general engineering and roadway construction. Their combined expertise led to the formation of Almendariz Consulting, Inc. in 2011.
Since then, Mat and Kirk have grown Almendariz Consulting into one of California’s premier traffic control firms, trusted by public and private clients alike for innovative, reliable, and compliant traffic control services.
